A couple of weeks before school let out, I made a batch of surprise Bailey's cupcakes for a friend. It was a special request that she jokingly asked me to do, "Will you make me something with Bailey's?" I've seen countless recipes using Bailey's Irish Cream, and other kinds of alchohols, but I had never made the effort to go out of my way to bake something that incorporates them.

I have yet to meet a single person who dislikes Nutella. What could be better than chocolate and hazelnut combined into the most delicious and addicting spread, ever (at least I think so).

I love coffee. For my close friends and family, this is a well known fact. I will drink it black, with or without cream and sugar, and in all forms: Drip, Espresso, Latte, Mocha, the list is endless. Anything coffee flavored joins this list of my caffeine indulged taste buds. This shortbread included.
